It's a good application. Everything is in one place and the power usage chart is really helpful. I just had some adventures trying to figure out how to download the bill, but it's resolved now.

If the login not working the just uninstall the app, re-install it then use the forgot my password then put a 12 digits password with special characters and alphanumeric and capital letters too... Everything should work again after the above

Previous app of Progeria worked perfectly. Ever since they introduced this one things got worse. The app logs out, even though I always tick the remember me box, dedie readings are not up-to-date. If you check from the web you will he is able to see that there is a fresh reading input by dedie, which for some reason does not appear on app. Also, the whole experience is lagging...it takes time navigate through the pages.

Worse than attovolt app. Refuses to allow me to enter my meter reading. Instead, tells me Hedno will read the meter. The input from Hedno is totally wrong, a minimum 200 units lower. I try to input the current reading and am told I'm not allowed. What this means to me is a massive bill sometime in the future. Because there are discrepancies between the readings, you are going to charge me more per kWh than I should be paying. I want to insert my own readings, not some guesstimate. Fix this.
