★★☆☆☆ Requires access to phone book, why on earth would that be appropriate for an app I'm installing to register my bike?!?

★★☆☆☆ 1) I have a 2021 model Prophet scooter. Serial number not recognized by the app. Manual entry not successful either. So the app doesn't work. 2) This app requires access to my phone book, or else it won't work. Totally unreasonable.
