This app does as described, can add digital signature and e-materai to documents. They give quota of 10 signatures per month for free users BUT! There's a catch. Free users cannot upload the documents themselves, because the upload function is premium, thus they have to be uploaded by premium users, so those free 10 signatures are kinda useless by themselves. Not very pricy for annual subscription, but not cheap either. Must top up for e-materai. UI is rather complicated/confusing so, 4 stars.

Too many issues if we want to put stamp duty. If 1st attempt failed we need to uninstall and install again the app. And issue was not only that, sometimes its only appear barcode qris when we want to make payment for buying the stamp duty.

Your single objective as a startup is to make life easier, not harder. I can't continue to access my account because you only allow me to access it through app, and your app is inaccessible because of VPN that i don't even have. I spent more than 2.5 hours just trying to reset my password. This is how you SHOULDN'T MIX UX and UI designers !!!

Already paid for plan and for e-materai, swift process for the payment, but for uploading the document and placing e-materai on the document takes hours and still processing

Tried to verify the account multiple times, uploading all documents required and is never verified, ask me to verify and wait all time. Contacted with the customer service, several times, informing about the situation, after all info shared, asked me to wait while they check, and answer never happen.
