Wonderful service. Ready set up process. We have been with princess for many years and this latest app is by far the best yet. While in the Ruby we had no delays in service interruption The so pulled in all my account preferences already set previously making this one of the easiest pre-boarding set-ups yet. Kiddos princess

Very useful for finding family members on board ship. The chat feature would have been great EXCEPT it doesn't alert you that you have a message. No chirp, no pop up, nothing. So unless you go specifically to the chat you don't know if someone is trying to reach you.

Very frustrating and painfully slow. Takes forever to log in and constantly, randomly logs you out. Some features (like check in) don't work at all; it logs you out immediately every time. The worst thing is the app is not a game I can quit playing. It's a critical app that is required for me to cruise on Princess! I can't imagine why they would release a crucial app in such terrible, untested state! Princess should be ashamed.

Complete and utter waste of time. App unable to save tedious inputs. This app ruins customer experience and should be the exact opposite. Anxiety to check in to cruise much worse than previous online option. As a frequent cruiser and shareholder I am deeply disturbed at the functionality of this "improvement". Indeed, the whole medallion program has added nothing to Princess cruises and is a colossal waste of money.
