I use this app for all transactions with my fertility clinic. During the last update, the app (mobile and desktop) Wouldn't work at all during an important part of the fertility journey. I couldn't read messages from my providers, confirm time sensitive appointments, review my labs prior to retrieval, and it wouldn't load any of my past data. As someone in tech, this is unacceptable to release an app at this level of quality for such an important usecaese and customer base.

This app doesn't allow push notifications to my phone, so I have no way of knowing when I receive messages from the doctor's office or test results! Why create an app that can't notify?! Or is something wrong with my phone? They do send an email notification though, but I don't check my emails every minute of the day. Ironically enough, their email states, "Don't miss any more notifications and download our Connect App now!" It's a fail in my opinion.
