Have had pain from a hip impingement. I have tried a lot of other things and exercises, and nothing as worked. After about a month of doing the hip rehab program, I went from having daily pain to only having it when I do aggravating movements. So it has definitely worked for me!

I found the description of the app, and it's application to my situation is not a good match. I've requested refund, so I can get a different app but crickets. So beware don't get this app if there's any chance it isn't ideal for your situation. Disappointed no one has followed up.

The subscription says you have 7 days free trial on a yearly subscription. According to the terms, you will not be charge if you cancel the subscription before 7 days. Unfortunately, they will charge once you start your yearly subscriptions. They need to update their app regarding with the free trial and terms to avoid confusion.
