★★★★★ It is so helpful to use this app. All is available here. The city bus service is great as well. Most of the drivers have been kind and good at driving a bus. You can find all info about the routes and live buses available from any bus stop or shelter on the app. The app tells you exact time of a bus to arrive. In addition, you are able to get mobile tickets online which is worth getting too as they last longer. You can use Journey Planner and see the best and quickest routes to plan the journey.

★★★★★ Convenient, easy to use, makes planning trips across and around the city a breeze, and having access to my ticket(s) saves losing or accidentally defacing a very expensive piece of paper (given I buy my travel a month block at a time for work commuting)

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely useless, never has the right info and buses are never on time. Has led to me missing the only bus more than once.

★★☆☆☆ If you can get on a bus that is not overcrowded, they just are never on time. The stop you are at, in my case, the 21, it tells you due in 5 minutes, that goes past, and it changes to bus due in 8 minutes meanwhile a bus will come in that is not in service and as for the bus app it has got to be the worst. I was sitting at Royal Parade, and the app was telling me there was a bus at the stop. Of course, there was not. The nearest bus, according to their app, was at Exeter Street.
