Edit: It seems as though they have updated the app, and it's working alot better. It still occasionally won't upload a photo for no reason, but it is alot better. Thank you! I'll change my rating to 4 stars. The android app is terrible. It is unbelievably slow and laggy. It probably takes me 5 minutes to upload a receipt and the details, and that is if I don't give up halfway through. The app works great on iOS, but it seems like they have neglected android, unfortunately. I can't recommend it.

Today's update: Now I can't do a mileage claim. Please reverse the update urgently. Can't do mileage on the website version, so as the app doesn't work, can't do any mileage claims at all now!! Thank you for sorting, appreciate you may sometimes have issues.

Where is the "Forgot passcode" button? Instructions say: 1. Go to the Pleo app 2. Enter your email address 3. Click Forgot passcode and follow the prompts to reset your passcode In the Account -> Security -> Passcode -> I forgot my passcode -> it goes to FAQs? -------- Update: reached company admins, and they were able to reset the pin. App works fine after that!

Rubbish, I have tried to log into the app some 150 times, it kept crashing & would let me in. I was stranded some 270 miles away from home no money apart from my Pleo card & as I couldn't sign in I couldn't fill my car up with fuel FUMING

Terrible. Logging out now and then, now lost the ability to scan the receipts.

Update has screwed up on both Androids phones. And I can only log in on the computer. It keeps going round in circles asking for me to do two-step authentication. The support are TRYING to fix it. But just going round and round asking for the six-digit code, then the passcode, then confirm email - on and on and on. Not getting anyway trying to sort and can't get it to work on either of my phones now. It used to work fine no problem before this.
