Our club switched to this platform this year, and it has almost everything we need. We lose the stat keeping from other team management apps, but we gain quite a bit too. Attendance and messaging work well, and events are pretty easy to manage. My favorite feature so far has been the "guest player" option that allows us to add players outside the roster and have them be able to access information for the events.

I'd rate it higher, if only push notifications actually notified me... I have to set up sms alerts for messages as well, which really defeats the purpose of using the app for team communications. Please fix push notifications!

Can't back out of it like a normal app to close out. Always have to tab out and swipe it out. Calendar won't sync on Android. Chats should basically 'stack', and not have a new notification for the same chat thread. Events should disappear for the day after they happen, but still clutter up the calendar for the day. I'm trying to keep track of multiple games, especially with dual fostering, it's difficult to read and follow the calendar. It should be condensed smaller and then option to expand.

We have a massive youth soccer club, and this season, we have decided to use Play metrics instead of Team Snap (which is a solid team/club option). Play metrics, will not notify you, in any way, of a new message. So unless you open Play metrics multiple times per day, you won't know an important message has been sent by the team or club. Also, when you do open to see a new message, it will still show as a new/unopened message no matter how many times you open it. Going to be a long season unless fixed
