Super easy to use. Customer support is amazing! I am actually not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I would strongly encourage them to reach out to customer support as most my issues were user error.

App is great but syncing your info takes forever. I did find a workaround by clearing the app's cache in your app info page, then logging back in. That seems to help.

This app stinks. I figured this would be a faster and easier way of documenting my clinical rides. Was I ever wrong? I tried to use it during clinical, and it will not let you download files because it says that you can't download them offline. I'm using a cell phone! I'm not offline! I don't understand! And you can't do your pcr's on it because of the kind of PDF reader it takes. Absolutely not worth the time or space to download it. If I could give 1/2 a star I would.

Absolutely the worst app to use, glitches and stalls, hard to even get it to load up. Definitely would not recommend this app. 34 years in EMS, over half of them as an instructor and preceptor, and this is definitely a low-speed high drag application for an EMS Program.
