Order ID 2522919. Ordered a small pickup of 500 gms apparel. Was charged 367 Rs for delivery. Time booked for pickup was 1 to 2 pm the rider came to pick at 4.30 pm. There was no feedback when it may be delivered. Only non calling the center two times I got a call that it will be by 7.00 to 7.30 pm. The price is very high for the kind of service. Won't be using your service again. Better shape up !

This is the worst app and service I have seen. They charge customers for their inefficiency. They are absolutely cheaters who loot customers. NOT RECOMMENDED. Trust me, they have the worst service. PORTER APP IS WAY BETTER.
