We visited Spain in Sep 2023. When a planned ride fell through, I found this app on short notice. We then used it twice with no issues - once in Seville and once in Madrid - to schedule a taxi a day in advance of our travel. Provides notifications of taxi on way, estimated time of arrival, and a map with location of the incoming taxi and of your route as you travel. The English interface was greatly appreciated as we speak little Spanish. The app worked fine on my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G.

Local transfer from El-Altet to Alicante airport at 6am(radio taxi Elche), worked very well, 5 min before taxi arrived, automated mobile call for eta of cab, then arrived as scheduled. No credit card required beforehand, cash option. All good, Radio taxi Elche very good service over the last two years. All good.

Horrible. Use Uber instead! They are accountable with fixed pricing. Pide taxi gives you one price and if you get a shady driver, they try scamming you and demand you pay the meter even when the app tells you different, and there's no customer support during such situations or any way to contest it. I'm currently waiting to see how I can file a complaint. Save yourself the trouble. Uber is reliable and more safe than this disappointing business platform. Uber does work in Spain. 👍

The taxi overcharged me on purpose. Even though I could clearly see that the taxi was much less. Close to the airport, it was 5 when it stopped, it was 12, but when I paid with the card, it was 20.70 cents. The app is terrible. I was not sure if the taxi was coming or not. I wish I had used my phone to call another company. I took taxis before in Spain, and none of them was so deceitful. Plus, when I wanted to go and complain to the company, I realized that they had no support.
