★★★★★ I like phyre. It's very helpful and easy to use. It makes my routine easier. I don't have to look for my money, I just tap on the terminal. It's that simple

★★★★★ I use it daily since almost 2 years for mobile phone payments, and I didn't have any issues. Very useful feature for me is the section with the locality or customer cards. It's very handy to have the locality/customer card (like METRO) on the checkout counter just a click away from the payment button. As an improvement potential I see the support of second currency (like EUR). My wallet is in BGN, but for me would be useful, to have an EUR wallet when I'm abroad. If adding a second currency would be a difficult to realize, an easy change form BGN to EUR current in one walle could be also a solution for me.

★★☆☆☆ Almost a month passed, and I still can't renew my physical Pyre card, due to some technical issue, according to support. I am politely demanding some information update about the case, but nothing (the first response from support came after 3 days). For sure there are some issues in the system that makes me worried. P.S. I was amazed from the method of renewing, too -> Lock the card, and set it as lost or stolen (suggested by the support, of course)

★★☆☆☆ Insufficient customer support and non-customer friendly services. It is troubled There are better serving wallets on the net.

★★☆☆☆ I use the application, because there are no other options for NFC payments on my phone model. Still the application is unreliable, and it is especially problematic for some reason for old users, I am getting a lot of declined payments and top-ups without any obvious reason being brought up.
