The app is super easy to use! And, I love that I can see what different payment options like paying more every month will do to decrease my interest help me save money and pay my loan off faster. The only thing that could be improved is being able to log in with biometrics because my account isn't linked to my saved password. Even with the update it is not working for me. The app doesn't allow me to select a saved password, only a username. And I can only use fingerprint.

My payment went up $40/month. I assume a simple adjustment. However, nowhere in this app can I find escrow documents to confirm. Don't remember getting a notice, but there's no message or documents history either. I've endured several mortgage providers & this company is the worst.

App devs refuse to respond to basic bug reports unless they can verify your account which is irrelevant for bug reporting. App does not work with password managers. When app did work previously it was clunky to navigate the questions/answers but all the basic information you normally need was there and mostly accessible. You can set up autopay. Would have given 4 stars if better dev response to basic bug reports.

My mortgage is on autopay and was not debited on December 1st as scheduled. This mortgage was transferred from PHH Mortgage, and I was told that I didn't have to do anything if I didn't make changes. I didn't make any changes, but the debit will be on December 2nd, therefore, late.
