★★★★★ Delivery and ordering process where pleasant and very easy. Setting up the machine was easy, and I look forward to my first pint

★★★★★ I've had Perfect Draft for about 5 mths now, and I can safely say it's great. Coming home from work and having a perfectly chilled pint ready to pull from the pump. Love it. Alright there is an initial outlay, but its worth it.

★★★★★ Used app twice now one to buy the machine package with keg and glasses and then put an order in for 3 kegs today. Quick delivery has been within 36hra of putting in order using the machine for the first time this weekend on my days off

★★☆☆☆ Totally flaky app. Loses contact with the machine, so often it's useless, and then you have to go through the whole setup again (and again, and again). Even when it does connect, getting the current keg recorded often fails. Useless, I don't know how it warrants a 4.8 rating, fake reviews, probably.

★★☆☆☆ Must be the worst web/app that I have used. Tried to order beer and paid 3 times and approved, but they remain in my basket

★★☆☆☆ Unable to connect Wi-Fi recognize the machine, then it tells me I need an app that I'm using to connect (connected once). I've tried all the instructions given, but no change. The machine is sitting on top of the router Now, I'm unable to send returns when clicking on the link it shows no return page

★★☆☆☆ App is OK. Communication is AWFUL. Takes ages to get a reply! Need to ditch YODEL as delivery too, they really are letting the side down. Had to go to Lincoln Yodel depot to collect our order as hadn't moved from depot in weeks.

★★☆☆☆ Never stays connected. Have to go through the whole reconnection process to connect. Very unreliable. Good product when it works right. Very frustrated overall with the lack of kegs to order, always out and app needs to work. Whole process is worthless.
