This app is a scam. I uploaded a picture to get digital photo for a passport, never received the photo back. Emailed them 2X, no response. Tried calling customer service number, got an automated voice which tell you press 1 or 2 or 0, sends you back initial message. Had to dispute charge with credit card company.

It was never mentioned you have to pay us$8 for a few photos. Lot cheaper to get it done locally here in Thailand. Out of principal because of this not being mentioned I delete the App again

Photos still show background which is no good for passports. Emailed support twice with no response. Don't use!

Be careful they charge you twice for the same photo!!! Customer service don't answer emails or messages by the app
