It was fine up until a week ago, at which point it simply stopped working. I try to log in, and it immediately kicks you out before you can even finish the login.

This app is horrible. Every time I try to use it, there is a problem. I have to try multiple times to make a mobile deposit. It's not a surprise, Peoples Bank is not what is used to be! I personally know people that are opening accounts at other banks, or Credit Unions. This is not the Peoples Bank that it was years ago...

App closes before I can even log in. Can't even finish typing my login info and it closes.

Terrible. Ya can't fix what's not broken. Every time the app is changed it gets worse. I just transferred money to my sons unlinked account the verification bubble said "$23.00 was transferred to from checking account." Transferred to where? Could've been wrong account. I've had my whole social security check taken 2x in error once I never got it back it was a credit card bill I was disputing.JCP are thieves & Synchrony partners & crime. In case ya don't know that my WHOLE MTHLY INCOME!

We have been with Peoples Bank for over 30 years, including 3 mortgages, HELOT, and multiple accounts. They have deteriorated greatly in their service area. No longer can you speak to someone at the actual bank facility. The first tier associates are answering all calls and are unable to answer questions or initiate requests. They pass your information to the bank, and it's at least a week before you get a response. This forced us to reach out to another bank for assistance.
