I am SO sorry to hear that the Peace Health Bikes may stop or go away?! So I JUST joined in MAY 2020 (Bike Month!) & I'm stoked with the bikes, their availability, ease of use, but especially 'cuz of the front basket, which my small dog, Cassius, totally LOVES to sit in & go for a ride! 🐕 Finally, the folks in the Customer Service Dept. where way AWESOME & Most Helpful! Actually, 'twas my BEST Experiences EVER ANYWHERE! Really! TOPS!! Over EVERY Other Previous Customer Services Call! Thx! Kip

Trust me do not sign up. This is a straight rip. None of the bikes connect to the app. They take $2 from your account. Now you gave away $2 and you're walking. The name peace health makes them sound trustworthy but their bike computer system is garbage. Probably a well-intentioned company but your time will be wasted. Don't try to get on these bikes, just run - away.

Scan to unlock feature doesn't work, even on bikes that are available. It just stays on the screen saying that it's working to unlock the bike (and it just stays that way for minutes on end) until you close and reopen the app.

They keep charging me unnecessary charges even when I follow all the rules for the plan I chose. I started a membership on March 27, and I didn't want to renew, so I canceled it. They still charged me on April 27 even though I canceled my membership beforehand. They kept charging random fees every time I canceled even before this incident. And it's getting really annoying.

Kinda helpful app some of the time. Can't cancel a bike that's being held. Can't report a broken bike 9/10 times, and if you email customer support they'll sorta kinda help you, but also tell you to use the app to report a broken bike. ?! GPS is usually accurate but not always; I booked a bike once that wasn't actually there when I arrived at foot. Had to hike to the next hub to get one. Great concept but the app and customer service (though fast to reply) need improvement.
