I didn't like my experience with this app. Like some others have mentioned, I paid for my parking via the app. However, it doesn't register on the parking meter, which, of course, led to getting a ticket anyway. The app maker or moreso the city needs to ensure synchronization between app and meter. Unless it's a money grab by the city to collect parking fees? Not worth the time or effort to drive back to White Plains during a workday to dispute. It just seems dubious. I wouldn't recommend this.

Did not update the parking spot when selected. Resulting in a ticket. Double check if it keeps information selected. It happened twice for this app. It's not reliable.
