I've had the app for a while now, something like 6–9 months, and I haven't had an issue until today. I tried to park at my university, and the app told me my payment isn't accepted. So I deleted my card and tried to add it back, and I keep getting "Bad Request." I paid for parking at the meter on the other end of the lot with the card that wasn't being accepted in the app and had no issue on that end. *updated* Thanks very much for the response and help in a timely manner!

This app is very easy to use. Also, if you make a mistake on where you park, you don't lose all your money. You just change the zone. You can do this when you walk away from your parked car like I did the other day. This is an app worth keeping on your phone if you are parking in Philadelphia, Penna. This is user-friendly.

It's a scam. If you make a mistake selecting the license plate, they say you have to submit another payment with the correct information, then refuse any refunds, and offer zero support.

You know what I love when I'm about to get throttled $25 to park? Having to download an app in a parking garage and THEN having to feed it every ounce of personal information I have other than my social security number and dental records to find out that IT CAN'T READ MY PARKING TICKET QR CODE ANYWAY. Interface is Nonsense. Permissions needed for use are unnecessary and invasive. I will hold up an entire parking structure at the exit to pay any other way rather than using this app again.

Downloaded the app to pay for parking today. Put in all the information (location, license plate, etc.) and paid. Somehow it didn't go through, and I ended up with a parking ticket.

It was never great, but for some reason now they changed the login, so it emails you instead of using a password. And it's broken. So I can't log in... Seems stupid
