★★★★★ Convenient app when it works. I have been to court a couple of times that worked in my favor. So use the app if you can.

★★★★★ I enjoy the detail provided by the app, such as hourly rates, amenities, what an expected fine would be, and even pictures and descriptions of the lots/garages and how you pay at them, so you know what to look for and expect!

★★☆☆☆ I set up my account and made a reservation. Now I need to cancel the reservation, but the app won't let me. Even though it clearly states that cancellation is allowed up until the day of the event. It even shows a place to cancel, but it doesn't seem to work. I contacted them by email and on the phone. And they just say it is not possible to cancel. They say its against their policy. But it clearly says different on the app.

★★☆☆☆ Not great experience. The app itself never displayed the QR code to get into the parking garage I had reserved. I had to pay again on site. Through the app, the help support sends you to the app developer not the city of Detroit park administrator. Then the email you get with the pass confirmation is from even another app or third party administrator. No even sure who do I need to contact to request a refund for an unused pass.
