Really smooth experience after getting my details into the app. Simplifies my parking and the rates are really good! I'd only suggest adding a way to cancel a parking session. I frequently leave early before the total elapsed time, and it would be great to get my money back for time not used.

This is great! Love that I don't have to find a kiosk. Just put in the zone on the sign and put how long you will be staying I approximate 15–30 minutes later but if I need, I can just extend it in the app. Great job Pensacola!

An error will not let me pay to park. Says Pensacola services not available.

This app is not user-friendly. It took a long time to get it to accept what location we were in then it would not accept any of my payment methods, I entered three different cards. After about 15 minutes of fighting the app we finally moved to a different location where we could just use a kiosk to pay. I'd love the idea of using the app if it actually allowed me to pay for my parking.
