Worked great until this last update. Now it functions like normal until I purchase tickets. It shows an error. I get an email saying the tix were purchased, but it will not show up in my app. 4/12/22 - Still having the same issue. 5/9/22 - still having the same issue... guess you just aren't going to fix it. 6/7/22 - guess what!!!!! No change. Still having the same issue... 7/21 - IT FINALLY WORKS AGAIN!!!!

Originally, I loved using this app. I was able to see what movies were playing and was able to purchase my tickets. But the app hasn't been working for weeks now. Every time I go on the app, it signs me out of my account and says that it can't connect to the server and to check my internet connection, even if im connected to the internet. Please fix this. I'll update my review if the problem gets resolved, but until then, 1 star for you, Paragon Theater. Smh.

Tried to purchase food/drinks through the app just to get an error telling me to "try again". Tried a couple of times and purchase never went through, but it still charged my card!
