I love the P360 app! After searching for a good camera app for panoramas (as they're my favorite!) I had almost given up the search out of sheer frustration and disappointment... Until I found this one! It may not be perfect but what is really? It does what I needed to do for the most part, and it takes good pictures! And it's even better at Panorama & 360s than my default app 😁

I tried this app just for the photosphere feature after google removed it from their camera app. Unfortunately, the app is so confusing that I couldn't find how to create the photosphere there. I always got only panoramas. Also, the app asks for tons of unrelated permissions and refuses to operate when not given. Be careful.

Doesn't work nearly as well as the native camera app on the Google Pixel 8 Pro and doesn't even compensate for that by taking a true "HD" image. If my camera can theoretically capture 50 MP images there should be an app out there that will stitch however many 50 MP images together it takes to make a panorama. So, something like 8-10? That means my panoramas should be around 400-500 MP or in the neighborhood of 50-150 MB in storage. To be fair even Google doesn't get this right.
