Ordered 2 different burritos. One chicken, one pork. Entered person's names on order. Got order and receipt with names tucked in wrap of each burrito. I opened mine and started eating a couple bites, and it was the chicken, not the pork I ordered. My rookie went into a rage cussing me out I stole his food and refused to eat it after I had my slimey mouth all over it. He hates shredded pork and refused to eat it and put it in the fridge and went to bed with no supper calling me an**hole.

The food is great, the service has deteriorated quickly, sometimes the staff is still great. I'm guessing it's due to poor pay/management by owners. Catering orders taste amazing, but are almost impossible to place. Constant app issues, rewards not working. I used to go every chance I got, but I'd rather not waste my time half the time now as another fast good place is going to be cheaper and quicker. The customer experience used to be phenomenal. Pancheros has become part of the corporate greed.
