I made a purchase on this app ONLY because it advertised coupons for shipping and plant prices. The coupons were apparently bogus because they never applied, and when I went to try to apply them manually they claim they'll apply automatically. So apparently I bought a $15 plant with $17 shipping. If I had known the coupons were bogus I would've just bought local and probably spent less money.

Loved Palm Street at first. I bought thousands of dollars of plants. It was nice to chat with a plant community. Then it turned sour. I started getting plants that were improperly shipped, unsecured and arriving with damage and not as described. Received expensive plants that had melted roots.the list goes on. When Palm Street is contacted, they aren't helpful and only backed guarantee when threatened. I've deleted the app and am I losing my subscription $$. Going to District/Terra flora Market

I am trying to click the link that will allow me to sign up, and it's not letting me. The link is not working, and I've tried using the app I've tried going online I've tried my phone and a computer and for some reason it's not allowing me to sign up. I was hoping to get $50 worth of coupons when I signed up, but it's not allowing me, so I'm not sure what to do.

The issues I have had, are entirely with the support provided to consumers. Palmstreet will gaslight you once you try to reach out to them for support. I had the experience where a seller sent a badly packaged plant and their courier delayed the delivery due to their incompetence. Upon reaching out to the seller they brushed their hands off, and said "we will not be taking any further actions. I resolved the issue with the courier directly and had to jump through hoops to have my order refunded
