★★★★★ Extremely useful...saves on tickets big time

★★★★★ SO CONVENIENT AND USEFUL AND EASY TO USE. Wish I had known about this app when I first moved to montreal, would have saved me a couple parking fines.

★★★★★ Would be nice to be able to pay in advance before it expires but overall very useful wirh alert as it expires

★★★★★ Works well and warns you before you run out of time plus pay in advance is very convenient.

★★☆☆☆ Predatory practice: app makes you pay for the time you don't need. Here's today's example: it's 8am, paid parking time starts at 9am; I need to park for 2hrs or 8-10am; I set the timer to 2hrs and pay for the 2 hrs block; next thing I see on the screen is that app charged me until 11am, or 1 hr more than I need because the algo is set to charge not the actual time you need (1hr paid + 1hr free), but whatever time it is programmed to.

★★☆☆☆ Scammers. If you make a mistake THEY WILL NOT REFUND. Happens oftentimes when I'm in the correct spot at the correct time and app says I cannot pay parking, press "i" for more info - when it just confirms that I am in the right place at the right time but cannot pay. Spot L731, 9:16am (june) Sign says no parking 7-9 and 16-18.
