Updated Review: Someone from Os mind reached out to me to get my account activated after I wrote a review about the problem I was having. I'm able to log in now. Thanks Os mind. My provider invited me to use this app, but I can't even activate an account. I click Activate, put in my email address and go to the email to verify, and it just takes me back to the page that says" Check your Email." I've tried multiple times, and it's stuck in that same loop, not even prompting me to make a password.

Thi app has been very helpful in helping me talk or write about my problems. And its always easier talking about your problems by writing them on the computer, rather than talking in person, for me anyway. And my dr is able to read what I write.so it makes it so much better to actually get to let him know what's really going on.because when im face to face with anyone.sometimes I will freeze up or clam up and get to shy to open up. So this app has been great for me to be able to open up.

Doesn't work. When trying to make an account. First you have the login page, and you click "activate" as a new patient. You enter your email address, and then they email you to confirm your email address. You click the link in the email, and it just takes you to the initial login page. So you click activate again, and it wants you to confirm your email address again. And you just repeat those steps over and over and over again, and you never even get to log in. Stupid app.

This app sucks!!! Wow tried to reset my password because I forgot it and 10 times now the app says 'unexpected error occurred' right after it co formed my new password change. Can't log in to the app. Ridiculous waste of time. You need to fix this!!
