I'm really enjoying the app so far. I use the bikes quite a lot and didn't encounter major problems. I had to cantact customer support once because the system didn't register that I locked the bike, but the staff was quick to fix the issue. One thing that could be improved, I think, is the station map's compatibility with Google Maps. Now, whenever I have to go to a particular address, I have to juggle between the two apps checking where to park my bike. It would be so much easier to have everything (GPS and station map) in one place.

This is a great service with a great app and fantastic customer service! The price is fair and bikes are often available at a station within a couple min of walking (exception perhaps during rush hour). The customer service is also fantastic. Over the past few years of using the bike I had problems twice and each time I was helped and refunded when needed immediately and in a friendly manner. No need to get frustrated, the customer service is so understanding!

Last year I used the app and the bikes - which were often not in the best
condition to use for longer distances - but it was good enough for the
purpose. So I paid for a new subscription, the app confirms that I have a
subscription for this year, but I can't unlock any bike - the app keeps
saying that there was an error and I should try again later. I reported
that both to the in-app contact and email contact more than four days ago,
but I didn't get any response, not even that somebody has received the
message and will be looking at it.

They appear to have fired the people redistributing the bikes. Impossible
to find a bike outside ring 1.

Why can't you use the bikes without the app anymore? I have a 24-hour pass that I can't use now; I wasn't even informed that you're cancelling the screen service... Update: Would you care to elaborate on those “security reasons”? That doesn’t explain why you’ve chosen to discriminate against people without smartphones with mobile net. I checked that email form November 2022: It does NOT mention that specific change in service, neither the date it will enter into force. Same on your website.
