I have enjoyed this very much until today. The competitive component has inspired me to stay with my routine longer and more thoroughly. Today when I was brushing, the app was showing completely lit up areas of my mouth I had not yet touched with the toothbrush. Finally, it showed that I had reached perfect brushing when I hadn't even begun brushing the upper middle section of my teeth either front or back. This makes me feel a little uneasy about the reliability of the results.

Update 29 Jan 2025: discovered I also had connection issues with another app. Ended up rebooting my phone. The other app & this app are now working. Orig review 28 Jan 2025: App worked well until about a month after the December 2024 update. My toothbrush lost connection about Jan 19, 2025 & I can't get it to reconnect. I tried logging out of my account, then logging back in with no success in reconnecting my toothbrush. I also deleted the app & reinstalled it with no success. Very frustrating.

Horrible. The app and the brush won't connect automatically. I need to turn off and on the Bluetooth on the phone a random number of times to get lucky.

Your latest update crashes the app now. I can no longer use it as part of my daily dental hygiene. Why didn't you just leave this app as it was? The prior version worked well. I am sure that I am not the only Android user to experience this. Please fix the app. The new update was very confusing to set up and frankly, does not work as well. Your app is not detecting my toothbrush or when I am brushing it says "toothbrush paused" as I am brushing. Or, it said brush longer after I did.
