Horrible first impression. App wasn't user-friendly should have been my first warning. Second warning was that they canceled my pickup on my departure day because they didn't have any drivers. Then even after pre-booking my car, I waited 30 mins for my driver while then sudnt know where the ride-share pickup was. No way this will stay in business.

Just pay for an Uber or Lyft. I took the rideshare shuttle from LAX and saw a new app I haven't heard of. I looked at the Lyft rates, and it was 39 for a shared ride and 48 for private. Opoli was 42 for a private, so I booked it. It took them nearly an hour for them to find me a driver and made me share with two passengers in different towns and charged me for the cost of a private ride.
