Absolutely shambolic customer support! I made a discrimination complaint against a landlord last week for asking irrelevant questions about nationality/ethnicity and even uploaded evidence supporting this, but no action has been made against the Landlord and when I contacted Open Rent to escalate the issue, they just refuse to put me through someone who can actually address the complaint. Disgraceful service!!! Organizations like this one encourage discrimination from landlords without a care

Even for a 1 bhk flat, the rent is huge. If it is 2 bhk, it is more than 1000. No option to search for low rent
