★★☆☆☆ App has a lot of issues I could only use it to find the codes for my units. However, some of the codes would not work on the remote. Sent messages to support and never got a reply from the Canadian office.

Installed the app. It took 5 or 6 tries with app. Could pick my model TV from the list. App would time out early or proceed w/o hitting "Go." Finally ended up that I had to type manually the whole 14 alphanumeric manually (even though it was on the list) before the remote would pair with my Samsung TV. Believe the app needs work to be more user-friendly
