Aileen was great to talk to, she never rushed me and listened to every word I said, asking for clarification when needed. In 90 minutes we covered about half of my almost 80 years of experience. I did miss out on some traumatic things that happened but since my mind didn't go there it was probably better left alone. I feel I was not only listened to, I was heard and understood. Aileen probably hit the nail on the head when she said I am in grief and what I grieve the most is the loss of self.

Password reset won't work. When my provider tried to work around this by sending an invitation to a different email and allow me to create another account, it wouldn't allow that, either. Sent in a tech ticket and they are unresponsive. This is 100% the worst app I have ever experienced.

I don't want to check my email using my Health appointment software, change it, so the default email system can be specified when doing an easy login.

Wanted to remove my payment info since im done with their service but won't let me remove my payment info... Asked customer service to help, and they sent me a reply that looked like a BOT had just copy and replied with an automated message that didn't help me at all... Haven't heard back since and it's been days now.... Update: still no reply or any progress on my issue :/
