★★★★★ Fantastic user-friendly app, and amazing service! Used it quite a few times and plan on continuing to use in the future! Very happy to have such an easy solution to transit in kooks

★★☆☆☆ They are a good service, but almost impossible to book. Even 2 weeks in advance I am unable to book a ride. I would give a much higher rate if I didn't need to check regularly in the off chance I might score a bus. I would rather a complete bus service for the town. What the provide is great, when you can get it... which is about 20%of the time for me. Also, I wish they would stop giving Calgary locations on their map before any Kooks ones!!

★★☆☆☆ If it wasn't for the excellent bus drivers, that this company mistreats, they wouldn't have a business at all. They refuse to believe their algorithm has issues, even though algorithms are created by humans, not sure where they found the perfect human or why that perfect human isn't making all the algorithms. They have a ton of rules they don't tell you about until you have a problem, so they don't actually have to fix anything. You also have to be perfect and know exactly when you need the bus.
