The e-photo code I had from Smartphone-id could not be reused 🙄. I contacted CS, and they emailed me a new code, within a couple of hours, NO CHARGE! I'll add that the app is pretty easy to use. Highly recommend.

★★☆☆☆ Used to be good and reasonable. Now afer I come back in a year, they tripled the price (France) only for the photo! That's double the price of the Photomaton (automatic machine) WITH printout AND photo code combined.

★★☆☆☆ Was charged $11 for photos and was given a digital collate of 6 portrait photos. None were suitable to uploaded for my passport application. For that price, I would have expected single portrait photos suitable for upload. Had to retake my photo in the end.

★★☆☆☆ Horribly hard to make photos and don't use it if you need photos soon, unless don't have any alternative for the price you pay for delivery and wait, you can't track or choose how will be delivered, postage like for big package, when you receive slice of paper, takes longer than 3 days to arrive, how long, who knows.... you may as well go to snappy snaps end up cheaper, easier, and faster
