★★☆☆☆ Very poor experience. Cannot log in using the app. Everything needs one token to approve while I cannot log in. So I cannot transfer or view my account after my one token deactivated.

★★☆☆☆ Hello folks, if you are Android phone user and having "Authentication Failed" even you key in correct password. Here is the solution: Go to your phone Settings>Apps>Manages Apps>Android Web Viewer> click the 3 dot on left top> Uninstall update> should be no problem to login OCBC app. I got this information from OCBC customer service hotline, sharing here to save your time. Alternatively, login from browser. Cheers!
