This app and its service no good at all. Limiting people access to riyal ul Janna is very shameful act by authorities. People should raise their voice against it. For centuries riyal ul jannah was open since last year this bogus system is depriving people from visiting riyal ul Janna. Hajj umrah is just business for some people. Trying to get an appointment for 2 months but no luck.

This app crashes all the time. Not sure if this is a deliberate attempt so fewer people can perform Umrah or Hajj. Extremely bad app.

Nusuk has not thought of implementation and made it difficult to go to the most pious journey of a lifetime it's nearly March '24 for a June Hajj and packages have not been released. There is lack of information, how can I leave my children and not plan my Hajj in advance. Please provide a dual solution to UK citizens, so we can have a choice of Nusuk Vs local. Any questions go to deep black hole. May Allah give guidance.
