It is not possible to reopen a case when resolved without explanation. It is not possible for other users to add comments. It is not possible for the same user (reporter) to add comments. It is not possible to vote for requests. Similar app used by our municipality in the past had these features by default. Poor experience.

Annoyingly the app asks you to reconfirm your mobile number (although it had done so only recently) but only after you have finished writing the report and to do so you have to lose everything you've written/submitted...

The app does not let me report incidents or view open incidents! What happened to those features? What's the scope of the app if those features are no longer available?

Users should be able to cancel themselves a report they've made, or mark it as completed, in case this was solved before the local authorities took notice. Users should be able to see all the completed and submitted/not yet completed requests because there might be cases where more than one citizens submit a request for the same problem. In that case, users should be able to delete their requests in order to not flood the local authorities with multiple requests on the same problem.
