I love being able to deposit checks this way it makes it so much easier and less waste of my time to drive to the bank and physically deposit my check. So easy and convenient to use. I love this banking app all around. The updates to view your debit transactions in real time is a great addition too.

I CAN'T LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT ! HAD TO GO TO A BRANCH TO GET HELP TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. AFTER 30 MINUTES WAITING FOR TECH HELP, I FINALLY HAD A TELLER COME OVER TO ME AND HELP FILL OUT A CORRECTION FORM. IT TURNS OUT NORTH SHORE BANK HAD MY EMAIL ADDRESS WRONG, SOMEONE MUST HAVE HACKED OUR ACCOUNT, BUT THEY WON'T ADMIT TO IT. THE EMAIL ON FILE WAS SO FAR DISTANT FROM MY OWN, IT HAD TO HAVE BEEN HACKED. THAT'S WHY I'VE HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD TWICE IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.

If I belle someone money, it transfers instantly, If I transfer money to a different bank account, it takes a handful of days? Make it make sense? If I make a payment to certain places, why does it not post right away? Why am I waiting to see my account balance days later to figure out what my budget is? I find it frustrating that I have to check my account almost daily to make sure I'm good. Also, app errors out sometimes and won't let you log in. If it's a Sunday your SOL cuz no one works.
