This app is very opaque in terms of privacy settings and also notification settings. If you look at the categories in notifications, there are TWENTY EIGHT categories, all called nobrokerhood. There is no way of finding out what these categories are. If I have to allow visitor entry, I need to keep all notifications on and receive all their spam and advertising notifications. 30 days is the max I can mute vehicle entry exit, house help entry exit notifications. Sadly forced to use this app.

This company services and customer care is turning to be my worst nightmare. Being a Vip customer, not even illegible to complain about the misbehavior of their partners. You are sending people to our Homes, if one is complaining about security & misbehavior of ur partner this should be taken as utmost priority rather due to lack of staff & channel partners you, ask customer to cancel subscription as you are unable to provide services Membership & Subscription ship is a total waste & harassment
