Niva Bupa is 3rd grade insurance company. My husband has gone through 4 surgeries in kokilaben hospital Mumbai after doctor has diagnosed him with DNS and short of breath during sleep. After the preauthorization amount of Rs5Lacs fm Niva Bupa, we relied on them and did these surgeries. Now at the time of discharge, Nive Bupa has responded that they will only pay 1lakh and rest 6.5lakh will be borne by patient. Even after doctors have submitted every little details to them, they are not responding.
