★★★★★ Was advised to use this app instead of the yellow one. I haven't experienced any of the issues I had there. Great work by Niko to provide an easy way to control all the cool functions

★★★★★ I whish there was a way to hide buttons, I'm forced to create 2 basic actions to control the same light from 2 buttons (dimming with one button and a regular dim control) and I hate there is now essentially 2 lights showing in the app that really is only light. Also whish there was a forum to ask questions for a nonprofessional customer. (DIY) don't get why I can't just output the status of a sensor in the app without needing a physical light or something connected to it. Yes you can send a notification but I just want to set an icon when a certain sensor has a certain value.

★★★★★ Snapshot feature is nice, but you can't see the full recording ? Also, you can't add full groups to favorites anymore. Like a button 'living' so you can go directly to all the living switches, you need to go to controle tab show all click your group then you have access to them. Way to many clicks instead you should be able to add them to your favorites. Otherwise, great upgrade.

★★☆☆☆ Feb 2021. When it works it is almost good. It is slow to load, and you have to be patient. Once loaded, it seems to work reasonably when it works. But mine keeps on losing access to my Digital Black! The guide suggests how to fix this, but mostly it doesn't work for me! Mine simple fails to access the device setup page at all. The Device selection simply does nothing after a fraction of a second's thought. This means the digital black is rendered a useless device. Currently, it also seems to NOT work with Sky Q satellite TV. I can have either Sky or no digital black. My installer did a complete factory reset and got it working temporarily until we switched on just the main Sky box. It then broke within a few minutes again. The digital black seems to see each Sky device as a separate modem on the same Wi-Fi SSID and presumably picks the first one to respond and then cannot connect to the router which is slower responding? I'm not even using Wi-Fi for Sky as I have Ethernet cables - but the Niko Home App and Digital Black, it seems, is still confused! So I'm in desperate need of technical support or help. But Niko will only talk to Professional Installers - NOT to customers, No obvious way to contact them to ask about software/hardware upgrades. I'm very unhappy about the large waste of time and money this is costing me!!!!!!!!! My installer is trying to help. But this is not obviously something wrong with their work, just the product! Please, Niko - get in touch with me. Help me, and you resolve what seems to be a horrible software fault.
