Nielsen is a great company and glad I have been able to be a part of it. But they call a lot; when meter isn't sending data, because it is dead or for whatever reason not connecting, I thought the app would make it always work through my phone so didn't need the home hub to send data, but it has helped some but not all the way. I understand them reaching out when needed with $ involved, but still it's excessive. I use my meter as a watch and love the fact it has my name on it.

The app constantly kicks me out every other month. Now, it will not allow me to log in at all, even though I know my credentials are correct. It is incredibly frustrating to log in every other month. I am just waiting for a call from the company to help remedy this situation

They are asked me to let them know when my wife was home alone and our child's schedule. Why? Every time a child would leave for a week I'd receive a text, an email, a robocall and then an agent call asking why they weren't wearing their meter. I'd explain it, ask the agent to note the account and not to call me the next time. Sure enough every other week for it was calls, texts and emails. I cancelled the service. It's 2022. I'm not giving you that information.

We just received the "newly designed" meters which apparently require this app to communicate with the Nielsen network (the older meters had a built-in SIM card to do that). This app requires constant Bluetooth and GPS Location -- no wonder reviews claim "battery hog!" I absolutely object to those two requirements. I do not leave GPS Location on, to maintain my privacy when away from home. The old meters worked fine! If this app is required to remain a Nielsen participant, then count me out.
