★★★★★ I want to apply so that to benefit of this loan and I will increase my investing

★★★★★ My log in did not work initially, although on a web browser I could log in. Contacted the doctors devision, and they sorted it for me.

★★☆☆☆ Like everyone else... I cannot log in...stating my credentials are wrong when they are not

★★☆☆☆ It says incorrect password or use rid. But I can access NHS through browser with the same use rid and password

★★☆☆☆ As everyone else has said, the app has 2 boxes, assume that box 1 is username and box 2 passwords. Since box 2 is encrypted it makes sense but, it tells me my credentials are wrong, either username or password but since I pulled them up from my laptop and that allows me to log in, it can only be the app that is the problem, therefore, use a stick or a chewy toffee, just don't use this app.
