★★★★★
Slightly confusing to work out when GP has authorized a repeat prescription request. The patient request and the GP response should be in the same place, not on different branches of the menu tree.
★★★★★
I have been using the NHS app to reorder prescriptions for some time now. I find it very convenient and easy to use. I can now use it to book appointments but have not needed to use it yet.
★★★★★
I have received several reminders despite having already booked an appointment. My wife has also received many reminders, even after having had the flu and covid vaccinations today! We appreciate the fact that the uptake of the vaccinations is not as high as it should be, but surely once the appointment (and the actual vaccination) has been recorded then the reminders should STOP! This also applies to the local surgery reminders as well.
★★☆☆☆
Installing app because of requirement for repeat prescriptions. Set up is convoluted and long-winded. Just about bareable for the young, but this will be a real problem for the elderly though. Frankly a backwards step for prescriptions, and makes life more complicated just for the sake of it! But I'm sure the mass opinion will be ignored and overruled as ever! Plus login input the txt, what if you don't have a signal, dumb asses!
★★☆☆☆
There is no option to access my test results. I'm only able to access my medication history. The GP has tried doing this for me, but it hasn't worked. I need help with this
★★☆☆☆
The NHS: run into the ground by Conservatives, overloaded with foreign patients, staff that barely speak a shred of English, incompetence all round, astronomical waiting lists, and a GP crisis that has patients fighting over phone line placements and app requests. I hate my country. What do we pay for?
