Just got the app to go with my K-4 time clock. I am tech-savvy- Setup was straight forward. After I was able to connect it to my Wi-Fi things went really fast because I could then input employee names and pertinent information using my phone instead of the keypad on the time clock. After I got the app up and running I used Microsoft's phone to be able then to control the app from my Windows computer. Now I'm cooking with gas. I'm able to edit most things from the windows interface.

Sometimes when saw in report there is missing out, eg 2 times punch in, hope there are fixed from developer or maybe the problem comes from firmware that needed to be updated. Is there a chance this device can be log in different network?

The application will not connect with the clock. The setup directions are horrible. I would still be completely lost if I hadn't used YouTube. Support is unavailable via phone and email.

Customer support gave zero assistance when all employee data and punches mysteriously disappeared. There was no attempt to troubleshoot what had happened to my data. I would not entrust this company with my payroll time data again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible to deal with. Setup is a nightmare, doesn't connect to your phone most times when you attempt to and 0 customer service. Worst part of all? You HAVE to have the app, no desktop app to attempt to make it better, meaning you HAVE To go through the headache to attempt to get payroll. It's a monster. Spend your money on a better machine and save yourself the hassle, it's worth it.
