This app works as promised, and it charges my credit card for tolling fares. BUT, something's wrong with it: I live in North Carolina (which is accepted by the app).... Why am I additionally still being charged by ALSO my state's local tolling agency (EZ PASS)??? I ALREADY THE TOLLING FEES! The car I'm driving is registered to my friend who is letting me use it. I took his EZ PASS/Quick Pass monitor down so that I could use NEXTPASS without my friend getting charged. He's still getting billed 🙄🤬

Never showed tolls, then I get a bill in mail for $36.00 for 1 toll, which I could have paid in app if it worked.

Don't do it - this app is a legal SCAM. Instead of discounted rates of EXPass/Surpass you will pay much higher pay-by-plate rates plus 15%. Let's say, a trip via Pennsylvania Turnpike from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia costs only $33.90 with E-ZPass, but $70.80 using pay-by-plate, and $70.80+15%=$81.42 with Next Pass. Even if you don't want to install a transponder, you will give extra 15% to Next Pass for a service you can have for free. What is the point?

Simply terrible. Does this app even do anything? I tried it out for a rental car while traveling. I set up an account, put in payment information, and registered my rental vehicle. After my trip, none of the tolls showed up in the app. It looks like the charges instead went to the rental company, and they are now charging me for the tolls plus additional fees. So instead of being a convenience, it has cost me extra money.
