I had a Vigil and a Vigil Pro cam, and a got a new Vigil Plus 2 battery cam. I had no problem with the other Netvue app, but I tried this, and this goes well too. A bit of different user surface, but I think there is nothing significant. The new cam was unable to scan the QR-code provided by this app, when I wanted to install it, but I installed in the old app, and this one see them too.

A fab updated app for the Netvue cameras. I logged in and the camera I already had was ready to view too. The app is easy to use and connects to the camera easily.

The app distorts the sound while watching video and recording. It sounds like someone is tapping the mic. Super annoying.

I downloaded the new app today because my old app quit recording notifications. I don't like the new app, it's a little overwhelming and cluttered. You can't zoom in with this app, I hope they improve it, I liked the old app better

Bought a camera, set it up it to test, it worked okay at first, but I didn't put it up because I wasn't ready, fast-forward to the moment I was ready to finally install, the camera does not work, and customer service has been poor in terms of helping me, I'm not stuck with a camera which freezes when I power it on and will not connect to Wi-Fi, I'm so disappointed, I could have chosen any other camera, but I chose netvue only to be disappointed!! Very poor service!!!

This app is the most BUGGY and LAGGY app ever created. I just deleted and switched back to the old netvue app. Also, did I mention that the interface on this app is absolutely terrible. It takes so long to actually go into your cameras. Just stick to the old app for now.
