★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work. I used to use this all the time, the drivers are great, however now the app will not let you pre-book taxis and if you wait till you need one there are none available. Will have to use a different company now.

★★☆☆☆ 1 star, only because it wouldn't allow me to give zero stars. After pre-booking a taxi for 7pm & waiting outside at booked time, at 7:05 I called to make sure that the taxi was in fact on route, and after they confirmed the name of my booking to me was told that they are waiting for a driver, but could not tell me how long that wait could be. After I asked if I could potentially be waiting an hour, he told me yes. Have never used a company so utter rubbish with horrendous customer service. AVOID!
